If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund (minus all shipping charges).
You must notify us for a return authorization within 10 days of receipt of order, that you wish to return a product and we'll email you a Return Authorization # (RA#).
Credit will be issued when we receive the merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging or we will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee from your credit.
We will not issue credit for merchandise returned without a return authorization from our company, nor will we ship it back to you at our expense.
We cannot guarantee glass bowls, for aroma lamps, that have broken while being used.
Breakages during shipping and shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order for credit or replacement to be issued.
