Is ordering from this site safe?

I am having trouble placing an order, what can I do?
First make sure your browser accepts cookies by going to Tools, Internet Options, then the Privacy Tab. From there you will click the Advanced link and make sure they are set to Accept.

How fast will I get my order?
Credit Card and Pay Pal Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing days are Tuesday thru Thursday. Some orders are shipped the same day, but the longest time it takes to ship an order is 3 business days. We are not responsible for the transit time it takes to get to you.

I never received an order confirmation email, why?
It it most likely do to a typographical error made when typing in your email address. You will only be able to track your order using the email address and password you entered with your first order. You can email us for your account info.  Another reason could be that our email went into the spam folder of your email program.  Be sure to add order@angelsessence.net to your safe sender list.

The information on my account has changed, how can I correct this?
The next time you place an order and log into our system you can type over any incorrect information and the new information will be saved for your next visit.

Will you sell my information to a third party? I don't want to get spam emails.

We send out a Newsletter twice a month. Sometimes we will send out additional newsletters to inform of new arrivals or sale deadlines. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. LIst members are sent a special discount code each month in the newsletters.
